I stayed here after all the hotels in town were booked and I was pleasantly surprised! I read other reviews saying it was clean but it is spotless. Outlets all work, clock works, fridge was a great size, bed was comfortable and nice sheets and air conditioner worked. That’s actually better than most $150+ hotels I’ve stayed in over the last year! The only thing missing was a hairdryer but I didn’t need one. The owners are super friendly and brought us some nice mesh chairs, where we watched a thunderstorm roll in that night just outside our room. And yes, the bakery next door has incredible desserts and their coffee is great. Thank you, I’ll be back (to try a suite next time).
I stayed here from July to September. The room was in excellent condition, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool was perfect for enjoying the summer and was very well maintained. The natural scenery around the motel was great. What I loved most was being able to enjoy a café and a nail spa right here — such a great advantage! It’s an unforgettable place that I’d love to visit again.

What a great experience! The suites are a great size and fully equipped. Nothing fancy, but who cares! Really, really clean and comfortable. Even the little pool is kept in great shape and is great fun to splash around in. The location is absolutely ideal to not only drive into Fredericton, but also bike as the beautiful trail is just down the road. Easy access to the provincial parks as well! The family that runs it is wonderful and clearly care quite a bit. Not to mention the sweet little Parisian style cafe they also have. When we come down again we will be staying at Silverwood for sure.
Our stay at the Silverwood Inn was hands down the best out of all the motels we’ve tried. We stayed in room 33, which was spacious, with plenty of outlets (finally, no fighting over charging spots), strong Wi-Fi, and one of the best showers I’ve ever had at a motel. The water pressure was so powerful I joked that I didn’t need that first layer of skin anyway . Everything was clean, comfortable, and set up with actual convenience in mind. Easily our top pick now whenever we’re passing through.
